Disclosure of additional information presented in the notes to the audited 2021 financial statements
On 31/3/2022, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) announced the disclosure of 2021’s separate and consolidated financial statements audited by Ernst & Young Vietnam Ltd. To clarify some information previously presented on 2021 audited financial statements, VietinBank would like to additionally disclose information, specifically as follows:

- Detailed notes are on page 64 Note 39 – Related party transactions, section Related parties are individuals in 2021 audited consolidated financial statements.
Other contents in 2021 audited separate and consolidated financial statements remain unchanged.
