On dispatch 22/CV-DKKD, dated 14/03/2014, Business Registration Division No. 01 - Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi, Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi approved the organization of 2014 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of VietNam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade may be extended no more than six months from the end date of 2013 financial year.
