Decision of Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange to approve the change of registration for listing CTG shares
Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) - ticker CTG announces Decision No. 434/QD-SGDHCM dated 13/8/2021 of Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange on approving the change of registration for listing CTG shares as follows:
- Number of securities before registered for changed listing: 3,723,404,556 shares.
- Number of changed securities registered for listing: 1,082,346,053 shares.
- Value of changed securities registered for listing (according to par value): 10,823,460,530,000 VND.
- Total number of securities after change of listing registration: 4,805,750,609 shares.
- Total value of listed securities after changing listing registration (according to par value): 48,057,506,090,000 VND.
- Effective date of change of listing registration: 17/8/2021.
