2024 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

The Board of Directors (BoD) of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) would like to cordially announce and invite all shareholders of VietinBank to attend 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) with the following details:

1. Expected time schedule: Thursday - October 17^th, 2024

2. The record date: Monday - September 16^th, 2024

3. Meeting format: In - person meeting

4. Venue: VietinBank Training and Human Resource Development School, An Trai village, Van Canh commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi.

5. Expected meeting agenda:

+ Additional election of VietinBank’s BoD members for 2024 - 2029 term;

+ Other contents as prescribed by law and the Charter of VietinBank (if any).

Shareholders are requested to proactively update information with the securities company where shareholders open their accounts (for shareholders who have deposited their securities) or VietinBank Securities Company Ltd., (for shareholders who haven’t deposited their securities) before the last registration date (September 16^th, 2024) to ensure that shareholders can fully exercise their rights at VietinBank's 2024 EGM.
