Information disclosure on the decision of Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange to approve the change of registration for listing CTG shares
On 19/01/2026, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) received Decision No. 81/QD-SGDHCM dated 16/01/2026 of Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange on approving the change of registration for listing CTG shares as follows:
- Number of securities before the listing change: 5,369,991,748 shares (Five billion three hundred sixty-nine million nine hundred ninety-one thousand seven hundred forty-eight shares).
- Number of securities subject to the listing change: 2,396,952,889 shares (Two billion three hundred ninety-six million nine hundred fifty-two thousand eight hundred eighty-nine shares).
- Value of securities subject to the listing change (at par value): 23,969,528,890,000 VND (Twenty-three trillion nine hundred sixty-nine billion five hundred twenty-eight million eight hundred ninety thousand dong).
- Number of securities after the listing change: 7,766,944,637 shares (Seven billion seven hundred sixty-six million nine hundred forty-four thousand six hundred thirty-seven shares).
