Public offering of Saigon Port Joint Stock Company shares owned by VietinBank
On 17/11/2025, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) received the Certificate of registration for public offering of shares of shareholder No. 416/GCN-UBCK dated 10/11/2025 from the State Securities Commission (SSC). VietinBank announces information related to the public offering of shares of Saigon Port Joint Stock Company (SGP) owned by VietinBank as follows:
1. Certificate of registration for public offering of SGP shares of shareholder (VietinBank) No. 416/GCN-UBCK dated 10/11/2025;
2. Announcement of public offering of SGP shares;
