Public offering of Haiphong Port Joint Stock Company shares owned by VietinBank

   On 07/07/2026, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) received the Certificate of registration for public offering of shares No. 322/GCN-UBCK dated 01/07/2026 from the State Securities Commission (SSC). VietinBank announces information related to the public offering of shares of Haiphong Port Joint Stock Company (PHP) owned by VietinBank as follows:
