Changing Representatives in the State's capital at VietinBank
On 26 April 2014, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV ) issued Decision No. 808/QD-NHNN to appoint representatives in the State capital at VietinBank.
Accordingly, since 26 April 2014, authorized representative for 100 % stake in VietinBank include :
- Mr. Nguyen Van Thang - Member of the Board , General Director of VietinBank : Representing 40% .
- Mr. Le Duc Tho - Head of State Bank of Vietnam Office : Representing 30% .
- Mr. Cat Quang Duong - Deputy Director of the Credit Department of economics - State Bank of Vietnam, Member of the Board of Directors (part-time ) of VietinBank : Representing 30% .
The Governor of the SBV also issued Decision No. 807/QD-NHNN to relieve the representing of the State capital at VietinBank. Specifically, Mr. Pham Huy Hung - VietinBank Chairman will no longer represents for 40% stake of State capital at VietinBank since 26 April 2014.
