Disclosure on BoD’s Resolution regarding the related contents to VietinBank's public bond issuance plan

On 16/9/2026, the Board of Directors Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No. 377/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1 regarding the related contents to VietinBank's public bond issuance plan (detail attached).
VietinBank is carrying out necessary procedures to obtain approval from the State Securities Commission and will disclose information in accordance with regulations.
