Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the document amending and supplementing contract with VietinBank Gold & Jewelry

On 18/12/2025, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No. 504/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved: (i) The document amending and supplementing contract No. 990/VIETINBANK-VIETINGOLD signed on 09/09/2024; (ii) The document amending and supplementing contract No. 991/VIETINBANK-VIETINGOLD signed on 09/09/2024 between VietinBank and VietinBank Gold and Jewelry Trading Company Ltd. - VietinBank Gold & Jewelry (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
