On 29/6/2026, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No. 263/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the amendments and supplements to syndicated loan contract between VietinBank, Indovina Bank (affiliated company of VietinBank), other bank, and customer.
