Disclosure of BoDs’ approval of the document amending and supplementing the Connection Agreement between VietinBank and VietinBank FMC
On 02/10/2026, the Board of Directors (BoD) of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No. 407/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the BoD of VietinBank unanimously approved the document amending and supplementing the Connection Agreement No. 01/VietinBank-VTBC dated September 12, 2022 regarding the provision of support services for opening online fund certificate trading accounts and linking fund certificate trading accounts (the Connection Agreement was previously approved under Resolution No. 295/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1 dated September 6, 2022) between VietinBank and VietinBank Fund Management One Member Limited Liability Company (VietinBank FMC) (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
