On 18/09/2026, the Board of Directors (BoD) of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No. 386/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the BoD of VietinBank unanimously approved the terms of the Framework Term Deposit Contract and the Specific Term Deposit Contracts between VietinBank, VietinBank Global Money Transfer Company Limited (VietinBank Global Money Transfer), VietinBank Fund Management Company Limited (VietinBank FMC), and VieinBank Debt and Asset Management Company Limited (VietinBank AMC) (subsidiaries of VietinBank).
