Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding content of Deposit Framework contract in VND with MUFG Bank - Hochiminh City Branch

On 21/8/2026, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No 338/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the Deposit Framework Contract in VND between VietinBank and MUFG Bank - Hochiminh City Branch (a major shareholder of VietinBank).
