Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the terms of the pledge and mortgage agreement between VietinBank and VBI

On 28/09/2026, the Board of Directors (BoD) of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No. 396/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the BoD of VietinBank unanimously approved the terms of the framework agreement and specific agreement for the pledge of deposits; the framework agreement and specific agreement for the mortgage of assets; and the framework agreement and specific agreement for the pledge of certificates of deposit between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
