Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the terms of the all-risk property insurance contract between VietinBank and VBI

On 30/09/2026, the Board of Directors (BoD) of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No. 403/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the BoD of VietinBank unanimously approved the terms of the all-risk property insurance contract including mandatory fire and explosion insurance covering the VietinBank system for the period of 2026 - 2028 between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Joint Stock Corporation - VBI (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
