Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the amendments and supplements to the Consulting Agreement and Agency Agreement between VietinBank and VBSE

On 16/9/2026, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No. 378/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved: (i) The Consulting contract on dossiers of bond offering registration and listing of public offering bonds No. 01/2025/TVTP/VIETINBANK SECURITIES-VIETINBANK and (ii) the Agency contract for Registration and Payment for public offering bonds No. 02/2025/ĐL/VIETINBANK SECURITIES-VIETINBANK between VietinBank and VietinBank Securities Joint Stock Company - VBSE (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
