On 10/09/2026, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.363/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved sample content for the Framework Agreement on opening and using payment accounts and banking services; the specific Agreement on opening and using payment accounts and banking services; and the Application-cum-Contract for the use of VietinBank eFAST digital banking services between VietinBank and its subsidiaries.
