On 11/02/2026, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No. 044/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the contract, agreement related to syndicated loan financing between VietinBank, Indovina Bank (affiliated company of VietinBank), other bank, and customer.
