Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding Collateralized Contract with VietinBank Leasing

On 4/8/2026, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No. 311/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the Collateralized Contract between VietinBank and VietinBank Leasing (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
