Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the contract for the sale and purchase of the auctioned asset between VietinBank and a related person of internal person

On 21/8/2026, the Board of Directors (BoD) of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No. 337/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the BoD of VietinBank unanimously approved the contract for the sale and purchase of the auctioned asset - Apartment No. 1102, Building L01, Nam Thang Long Urban Area, Phu Thuong Ward, Hanoi City, between VietinBank and Ms. Huynh Nu Tram Anh (the winning bidder and related person (wife) of Deputy General Director Tran Cong Quynh Lan).
