Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding limit contracts for Interbank Deposit Transaction and Foreign Exchange Transaction between VietinBank and MUFG Bank – Ho Chi Minh City Branch

On 21/8/2026, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No. 334/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the content of limit contracts for Interbank Deposit Transaction and Foreign Exchange Transaction between VietinBank and MUFG Bank – Ho Chi Minh City Branch (a major shareholder of VietinBank).
