Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the public liability insurance contract with VBI

On 14/11/2025, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No. 450/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the public liability insurance contract for period 2025 - 2028 between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Joint Stock Corporation - VBI (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
