Information disclosure on 2026 AGM’s updated and supplemented materials
On April 02, 2026, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) disclosed the materials for 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). Accordingly, the draft materials were posted by VietinBank on the website from April 02, 2026.
Pursuant to the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV)’s dispatch No. 2312/NHNN-TCCB dated 27/3/2026; dispatch No.2796/NHNN-TCKT dated 10/4/2026; dispatch No.2906/NHNN-QLGS dated 14/4/2026; dispatch No.3302/NHNN-TCKT dated 23/4/2026 regarding VietinBank’s 2026 AGM‘s materials, VietinBank updated and supplemented 2026 AGM’s materials and the BoD issued Resolution No. 165/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1 dated 23/4/2026 on the approval of agenda and materials submitted to 2026 AGM.
The updated and supplemented materials for 2026 AGM have been posted on VietinBank’s website at "https://investor.vietinbank.vn" – Events" – "AGM” – “2026” – “2026 AGM” section for shareholders to access and study before 2026 AGM on April 24, 2026.
