BoD’s resolution regarding approval on the adjustment of 2020 funds appropriation and cash dividend
On 1/12/2021, by dispatch No. 1519/HĐQT-NHCT2.1, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) disclosed Resolution of the Board of Directors No.470/NQ-HDQT-NHCT2.1 dated 01/12/2021 regarding approval on 2020 funds appropriation and cash dividend. On 27/1/2022, by dispatch No. 209/HĐQT-NHCT2.1, VietinBank disclosed the adjustments on 2020's audited FS according to the opinion of State Audit Audit of Vietnam at dispatch No.57/KTNN-TH dated 14/01/2022 on sending the auditing report of VietinBank’s 2020 Financial Statements.
According, on 28/4/2022, VietinBank’s Board of Directors issued No.138/NQ-HDQT-NHCT2.1 regarding approval on the adjustment of 2020 funds appropriation and cash dividend.
