Bank of Lao P.D.R has approved the establishment of VietinBank Lao Limited

Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has received The License No.068/NHCHDCNDL dated 08th July 2015 from The Bank of Lao P.D.R on the establishment of VietinBank Lao Limited.

 

Accordingly, The Bank of Lao P.D.R has approved the upgrade of VietinBank Lao Branch based in Khounboulom Street, Vatchan Village, Chanthabouly District, Vientiane, the Lao People's Democratic Republic to VietinBank Lao Limited with the charter capital of KIP402,207,224,905(Four hundred and two billion, two hundred and seven million, two hundred and twenty four thousand, nine hundred and five kip).
