Appointment of senior management staff

 VietinBank hereby announces new appointments of senior management staff as below:


- The Board of VietinBank issues Decree 4964/QĐ-HĐQT-NHCT1 dated 03/01/2012 to appoint Mr. Tran Kien Cuong, former Director of Human Resources Department of VietinBank, as Deputy CEO. The Decree takes effect from 03/01/2012.


- The State Bank of Vietnam issues Decree 359/QĐ-NHNN dated 02/28/2012 to appoint Mr. Nguyen Viet Manh, Deputy CEO of VietinBank, as Director of SBV’s Credit Department. The Decree takes effect from 03/01/2012. As such, Mr. Nguyen Viet Manh replaces Mr. Ta Quang Khanh who will now retire.
