Appointment of new representative of the State's shares in VietinBank

Based on documents dated 02/27/2012 1112/NHNN-CBTT of the State Bank of Vietnam, VietinBank discloses information on the appointment of representative from the State Bank of Vietnam as below:


Mr. Cat Quang Duong, Deputy Director of the SBV’s Credit Department is appointed to represent 30% holding of VietinBank's shares owned by the State. In other words, Mr. Cat Quang Duong now replaces the representative of Ms. Pham Thi Hoang Tam, former Board member (see attached documents).
