Announcement of changes in personnel of VietinBank

- Pursuant to Resolution No.28/NQ-DHĐCD dated 17/10/2024 of 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank), in which approving the addtional election of Mr. Nguyen Tran Manh Trung and Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung to VietinBank’s Board of Directors (BoD) for term 2024-2029;
- Pursuant to the Decision of VietinBank’s BoD No.3639/QD-HĐQT-NHCT-NS2 dated 17/10/2024 on the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Tran Manh Trung to concurrently hold the position of General Director of VietinBank;
- Pursuant to the Decision of VietinBank’s BoD No.869/QD-HĐQT-NHCT-NS2 dated 17/10/2024 on the “Resignation of being in charge of VietinBank’s Board of Management” of Mr. Do Thanh Son.
VietinBank respectfully announces the change in VietinBank's personnel as follows:
1. In case of dismissal
- Mr: Do Thanh Son
- No longer in charge of VietinBank’s Board of Management (Mr. Do Thanh Son continues to exercise the rights, obligations and responsibilities of Deputy General Director of VietinBank in accordance with current laws, the Charter of Organization and Operation of VietinBank and the system of internal Regulations and Rules of VietinBank).
- Reason: VietinBank’s BoD appointed the General Director of VietinBank.
- Effective date: 17/10/2024.
