Announcement of changes in personnel of members of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of VietinBank
Pursuant to: (i) The Resolution of 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) No. 25/NQ-DHDCD dated 29/4/2022 of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) that was announced on 29/4/2022, in which the AGM approved the election of additional members of the Board of Directors for the term 2019-2024 for Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh - Deputy General Director of VietinBank;(ii) Decision No.255/QD-HĐQT-NHCT1.2 dated 4/5/2022 of VietinBank's Board of Directors on "Not holding the position of Deputy General Director of VietinBank", we would like to announce the change in personnel of VietinBank as follows:
In case of appointment:
- Mr: Nguyen Duc Thanh
- Former position in the organization: Deputy General Director of VietinBank;
- Newly appointed position: Members of the Board of Directors of VietinBank;
- Term: 2019 – 2024;
- Effective date: 29/4/2022.
In case of dismissal:
- Dismissed position: Deputy General Director of VietinBank;
- Reason: To assume the position of Member of the Board of Directors of VietinBank;
- Effective date: 4/5/2022.
