Annoucement on new information disclosure representative

Pursuant to Power of Attorney with reference to Information Disclosure No. 504/UQ-HDQT-NHCT55 dated 16th May 2014, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank)hereby authorizes Mr. Le Duc Tho – General Director of VietinBank to act on behalf of the Bank to be the new information disclosure representative, replacing Mr. Pham Huy Thong. The authorization takes effect since 23rd May 2014 until further written notice.
