Amendment to Certificate of Establishment and Operation of VietinBank Fund Management company
On August 13th, 2012, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) issued Certificate of Amendment to the Certificate of Establishment and Operation of VietinBank Fund Management one-member limited company, in accordance with License No. 45/GPĐC-UBCK as follows:
Amend the Certificate of Establishment and Operation, in accordance with License No.50/UBCK-GP dated October 26th, 2010 by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam, with new charter capital of 950,000,000,000 VND (VND 950 billion).
Accordingly, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has injected VND 450 million more in VietinBank Fund Management one-member limited company’s charter capital. Ownership held by VietinBank after the increase of charter capital is 100%.
