Adjustment of time to organize 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
On 11/03/2020, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No. 063/NQ-HDQT-NHCT2.1 on the organization of 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on 21/04/2020.
However, due to the complicated situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, on 16/4/2020, the Board of Directors of VietinBank issued Resolution No.139/NQ-HDQT-NHCT2.1 regarding the adjustment of time to organize VietinBank’s 2020 AGM to another date after 21/04/2020 but no later than 30/06/2020. VietinBank is also carrying out necessary procedures to consult Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment regarding this issue.
VietinBank will disclose information in accordance with regulations after the time of organization of 2020 AGM is determined.
