On 06th March 2018, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.039/NQ-HDQT-NHCT44 on organizing 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).
The expected time for 2018 AGM is 21st April 2018 at VietinBank Training and Human Resource Development School, An Trai village, Van Canh commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi, Vietnam. The record date is 26th March 2018.
