Information disclosure on the decision of Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange to approve the change of registration for listing CTG shares
Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) received Decision No. 01/QD-SGDHCM dated 02/01/2024 of Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange on approving the change of registration for listing CTG shares as follows:
- Number of changed securities registered for listing: 564,241,139 shares.
- Value of changed securities registered for listing (according to par value): 5,642,411,390,000 VND.
- Number of securities after change of listing registration: 5,369,991,748 shares.
- Value of listed securities after changing listing registration (according to par value): 53,699,917,480,000 VND.
- Effective date of change of listing: 04/01/2024.
- Reason for change of listing: Issue shares to pay dividend.
